Being a food manufacturer comes with real responsibility, one we take seriously.
We’ve established a comprehensive strategy focused on creating positive change for both local communities and the wider world. Our main priorities are outlined below.

Packaging
We are committed to using packaging that is better for the environment - focusing on recyclable materials, reducing plastic where we can, and minimising waste across our operations. Every decision we make around packaging is guided by a desire to do less harm and leave less behind.
Transport
We are conscious of the environmental impact of our deliveries and work to reduce emissions across our transport operations wherever possible. From the vehicles we use to the routes we take, we are continually looking for smarter, cleaner ways to get our food to where it needs to be. We have also recently added two electric vehicles to our fleet.
Energy efficiency
We take energy use seriously and have invested in measures across our kitchens to reduce consumption and improve efficiency. From lighting to refrigeration, we are always looking at ways to use less and waste less.
Waste Management
Reducing waste is something we think about at every stage of our operation, from how we store ingredients to how we dispose of what's left over. We aim to send as little as possible to landfill and to handle what we do produce responsibly.
Water Conservation
Water conservation is an important part of how we run our kitchens, and we have taken steps to reduce usage across our sites. We regularly review our practices to make sure we are being as efficient as possible.
Responsible Sourcing
We believe that good food starts with good sourcing, and we make every effort to buy from local, seasonal and responsibly produced suppliers. Supporting Irish producers is at the heart of how we put our menus together.
